For Restaurant Owners & Managers
TasteServed scores five specific dimensions of the dining experience. No more wondering what a 3-star review actually means — you'll know exactly what guests loved and what needs attention.
Request Early AccessThe Five Pillars
TasteServed breaks every dining review into five dimensions — each scored independently on a 0.1–9.9 scale. You'll know exactly which aspects of your restaurant are driving your reputation.
The environment — lighting, noise level, décor, comfort, and overall ambiance of the space.
How long guests waited to be seated, for drinks, for food, and whether the pace felt right.
The food itself — taste, freshness, presentation, portion, temperature, and execution.
Whether the total cost felt fair for the food, service, and atmosphere guests received.
The loyalty signal — the single strongest indicator of genuine guest satisfaction.
How It Works
TasteServed pulls from the VirtualCity shared directory — the verified business database used across all Index-Reviews verticals. If you're a licensed restaurant, diners can find and review you right now.
Each review scores Atmosphere, Timing, Flavor, Value, and Repeat Intent on a 0.1–9.9 scale. The composite Overall Index is the average — but you see every pillar, so you know exactly what drove it.
Claiming unlocks your restaurant analytics dashboard — see how each pillar trends over time, compare to platform averages, generate QR codes for receipts and table cards, and get a shareable hub link for your website and social profiles.
After a TasteServed review, diners are invited to also rate your staff on ServiceWize. That means your front-of-house service scores and your food scores are linked — giving you and diners a complete picture of the experience.
